Histoire de la recette

Son nom vient de l’italien cappuccino, le moine capucin avec sa capuche, peut-être pour la couleur de sa robe, ou même pour la capuche de lait mousseux.

Le cappuccino fait partie de la culture traditionnelle italienne et depuis début 2007 il a obtenu la reconnaissance officielle en Italie de contrôle de qualité.
